For the<br \/>\nFor orders over 20 KG, a quotation will be systematically provided to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. Depending on the conditions negotiated at the time of the order or on the particular conditions of sale, these costs may be charged to the Seller.<br \/>\nSubject to total product availability, delivery takes place within 2 to 5 working days for metropolitan France after order confirmation. Delivery times are generally 3 to 9 working days (excluding customs delays) for foreign countries served by road, and 4 to 12 working days (excluding customs delays) for foreign countries served by air, depending on the destination.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_custom_heading_wrap\"><div class=\"heading-text el-text\" ><h2 class=\"h4\" ><span>Returns<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Goods delivered and accepted may not be returned, except with the prior written agreement of the Vendor's sales management. Any return, even if authorized, will result in the adjustment of commercial discounts corresponding to the amount of goods not returned.<br \/>\nAll returns made with postage due will be refused by Namaki Cosmetics' warehouses.
