Delivery & returns

The shipping and handling charge for orders under 20 kg is €10 excluding VAT for mainland France and €20 excluding VAT for the rest of Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom). For orders over 20 KG, a quotation will be systematically provided to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. Depending on the conditions negotiated at the time of the order or on the particular conditions of sale, these costs may be charged to the Seller.
Subject to total product availability, delivery takes place within 2 to 5 working days for metropolitan France after order confirmation. Delivery times are generally 3 to 9 working days (excluding customs delays) for foreign countries served by road, and 4 to 12 working days (excluding customs delays) for foreign countries served by air, depending on the destination.

Goods delivered and accepted may not be returned, except with the prior written agreement of the Vendor's sales management. Any return, even if authorized, will result in the adjustment of commercial discounts corresponding to the amount of goods not returned.
All returns made with postage due will be refused by Namaki Cosmetics' warehouses. In any case, costs related to the transport of returned products will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
