Step n°1

Drawing the mermaid's tail

Take a turquoise pencil and outline the mermaid's tail on the forehead and the triangular shapes of the scales above both eyebrows. Draw soft, criss-crossing lines on the cheeks, starting from the outer corner of the eyes.

Step n°2

Apply pink face paint

Take a fine brush, dampen it and pick up the pink face paint. Color the shapes created in step 1. With a pink jumbo pencil, color the lips.

Step n°3

Drawing scales

Take a slim white pencil and draw the scales into the triangular shapes and inside the mermaid's tail. Take a fine brush, dampen it and pick up some black face paint. Outline the triangular shapes, tail and scales.

Step n°4

Finalize makeup

Take a fine brush. Moisten it and pick up some white face paint. Add a few white dots and dashes in the scales, tail and corners of the eyes to add relief.
