Step-by-step Halloween butterfly makeup tutorial
Step 1
Apply fine orange pencil
Using a thin orange pencil, trace the butterfly's wings around both eyes, starting at the top of the forehead and working down to the middle of the cheeks. In the middle of the forehead, starting from the base of the hair, draw five flower petals.
Step 2
Apply white blush
Use a thick brush. Moisten the brush. Pick up some white blush. Paint the entire face, avoiding the butterfly wings and flower petals.
step 3
Color the wings
Use the orange jumbo pencil to color the inside of the butterfly's wings and the flower petals. Use the yellow jumbo pencil to highlight the outer edges of the wings, and the red jumbo pencil to highlight the inner edges to create a gradient. Blend with your fingers. On the chin, draw three petals with an orange jumbo pencil and color them in. As for the wings, add a little red jumbo pencil.
Step 4
Apply black blush
Use a fine brush. Moisten the brush. Pick up some black blush. Outline butterfly wings, forehead and chin petals. Add ornaments between the petals. On the chin line, draw four small dots on each side. Still using black blush, trace the butterfly's head between the two eyebrows. Add embellishments on either side of the head. On the nose, draw an upside-down heart. On the inside of the butterfly wings, draw the veins reminiscent of the "Monarch".
step 5
Finalizing make-up
Using the same brush, pick up the white blush. Dot the black outline of the wings. Color the lips with the orange jumbo pencil. Go back over the center of the lips with the yellow jumbo pencil. Using a fine brush, pick up the black blush. Draw two lines from the corners of the mouth, ending with two semi-circles.
