General Sales Conditions (GSC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by NAMAKI COSMETICS.

• Ordering process The order is validated once the customer has confirmed his/her basket and accepted these GTC. An order confirmation email is then sent to the customer.
• Product availability Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.

• Price display Our product prices are quoted in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
• Price changes NAMAKI COSMETICS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.

• Payment methods Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by credit card or other means specified on the site.
• Payment security The site uses a secure payment system.

• Place of delivery The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when the order was placed.
• Delivery times The times indicated are normal average times and correspond to processing and delivery times.
• Delivery charges Delivery charges: Delivery charges are payable by the customer and are indicated before the final validation of the order.

• Withdrawal period : You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

To ensure that the withdrawal period is met, you need only send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
• Return policy : The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.
• Refund : Once we receive the returned items and verify that they are in new condition, we will issue a refund within 8 business days. To receive a full refund, it is important that the product be returned in its original condition and undamaged. Please ensure it is properly and securely packaged for shipping. If we receive a damaged or incomplete product, we may deduct an amount from the refund.

• Legal Warranty of Conformity The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
• Limitation of liability NAMAKI COSMETICS shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

All elements of the NAMAKI COSMETICS site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of NAMAKI COSMETICS. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.

NAMAKI COSMETICS undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by customers when using the e-commerce site.

These conditions of online sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
