Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared by our team in our workshop located in the Drôme region of France.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been processed. During peak periods (Christmas, Halloween, promotional campaigns), this timeframe may be extended on an exceptional basis.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
Delivery times
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only:

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you confirm your order and are displayed before checkout.
Free shipping on orders of 45purchase amount for mainland France.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that allows you to track your order in real time.
Damaged or lost package
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at the following address: info@namaki.fr so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

Return Policy
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the products if such depreciation results from handling other than that necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the products.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the order was prepared incorrectly or the product is defective.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method as the one used at the time of purchase.
Defective product or order error
If you receive a defective product or if there is an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form.
Please include your order number.
We will find a solution as soon as possible: replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
