Step n°1

Apply white face paint

Use a thick brush. Moisten the brush. Pick up some white face paint. Paint the entire face, avoiding the eye area.

Step n°2

Apply black face paint

Use a finer brush. Take the black face paint. Paint around the eyes and on the eyelids.

Step n°3

Draw details

Pick up face paint again. Draw a curve, in the shape of a tree branch, above and parallel to each eyebrow. Apply the black face paint to the lips. Ask your child to close her lips. Extend the line from each end of the lips. Draw small vertical lines along the lip line to create the skeleton jaw. Draw a small curve on either side of the lips.

Apply red face paint

Rinse the brush. Take the red face paint. Draw red dots along the black outline of each eye, like flower petals.

Adding the finishing touch

Rinse the brush. Take the purple face paint. Draw a heart at eyebrow level, in the middle of the forehead.
